Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), delivery details (addresses, package descriptions and photos, recipient name and contact), courier verification documents (ID, license, vehicle and insurance documents), proof-of-delivery photos, PINs and signatures, messages between senders and couriers, and courier location while a delivery is active.
2. How we use it
To run deliveries: matching jobs to couriers by state, live tracking, proof of pickup and delivery, notifications, and dispute resolution. Verification documents are used only to review courier applications and are never shown to customers or recipients.
3. Location
Courier location is collected only while a delivery is active and is shown to the sender and the recipient on the tracking page for that delivery. It is not collected while a courier is offline.
4. Sharing
Recipients see the courier’s first name and live position for their delivery. Couriers see the sender’s pickup address and contact after accepting a job. Payments are processed by Stripe, which receives payment details directly — Relay never stores card numbers. Addresses may be sent to OpenStreetMap’s geocoding service to place them on the map. We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention and deletion
Delivery records and proofs are kept while your account is active for dispute and audit purposes. You can request deletion of your account and data by emailing tech@koaditech.com; we will honor it except where records must be kept by law.
6. Security
Passwords are hashed, sessions are token-based, transport is HTTPS, and admin actions are logged. No system is perfectly secure — report concerns to tech@koaditech.com.
